R.D. Saini

An eminent litterateur and educationist, Dr. RD Saini has graced Rajasthan Hindi Granth Academy as its Director for a decade and a half. Publication of more than 190 books of Arts and Science for students of higher studies will become possible under his directorship only. He worked as Chairman and member of Rajasthan Public Service Commission for 6 years.

   Two volumes of his poetry title 'Katha Shuru hoti hai ' and 'Gun Raha Hai Gaon' have been published. 'Bacheche ki Hatheli Par' is his famous Novel. Further his four non-fictional books have attended Great popularity.

He started Rajasthan Pustak Parv in 2009 to offer better exposure to the writers of Indian languages. This book- centric festive event has helped promote the book culture, reaching out to millions.
He lives in Jaipur.
